Julie’s entrepreneurial spirit and ability to connect anyone in the room helps her build strong, lasting and rewarding business relationships, and has done just that in the title industry for more than 15 years. 

With a double Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Development, Julie uses her knowledge and natural-born leadership and creativity to add value to her clients while developing quality relationships. Julie is married with children,  loves animals and reading.

With 30 years of experience in the title industry, Sheila is passionate about the stories behind your home buying process. 

Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or finding your retirement home, she will eagerly listen to your needs from pre-closing to post-closing. 

When she’s not working, Sheila is spoiling her grandchildren, rescuing animals, reading, traveling or horseback riding.

In 1986, Gretchen transitioned from realtor to title professional. “I enjoyed it because it gave me the opportunity to continue working with the agents I had worked with before and I felt my realtor experience gave me great empathy with their position,” she says. Gretchen gets a personal satisfaction from working, while keeping herself active and still having time to volunteer at The Guild Shop, and serve on boards such as Trees for Houston and The Houston Public Library.

As our marketing assistant, Cloe helps Texas Tradition Title look our best online while keeping us in-line at the office. With over five years in the industry, she has a true passion for all things marketing! Cloe's dedication to detail and encouragement behind the scenes brings life to the office. 

Cloe is also a passionate business owner and founder of Angel Ann Designs, a marketing agency specializing in branding, graphic design, social media, and website design.

With over five years of dedicated experience in customer service, Leslie has developed a true passion. for all things real estate. Her deep understanding of the industry, paired with a strong commitment to excellence, has earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Always eager to grow, she continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide top-tier service every step of the way.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, embracing the Jeep life, and staying active though regular workouts.

 Bonney has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 1983, with extensive experience in various aspects of lending and title services. Her deep understanding of the field and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted figure in the industry. 

Outside of work, Bonney is a passionate NASCAR enthusiast who loves attending races in person or watching them on TV, reveling in the excitement and speed of the sport.

Marilyn has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years,  she started out  in the mortgage industry and transitioned over to title industry.  Marilyn loves building relationships with her clients.   She loves to see her clients succeed and seeing how she can help them grow their business.

In Marilyn's spare time, she enjoys being with her family & spending time at her grandson's baseball and football games.  

R. Keith Morris, III, J.D., received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. He is a leading probate and guardianship litigation attorney, practicing across Texas. In addition to litigation, his practice also includes estate administration, estate planning, and serving as mediator for probate and guardianship matters. He is also experienced in representing companies in probate administrations who seek to open creditor’s administration.
